Bittersweet holiday!

Haha, nice one!!!  This photo we received from Pasha, staff member of Mantis Lifestore. He was on holiday in Croatia and sent this beautiful picture of the lemon towel at the sunny Prapratno beach – Nice View, nice water, nice weather, nice towel… So, thx for sending! Now, i want to go 0n holiday soo badly – grrr….

Pop-up-Store!

As we already introduced you to the perfect promotion for Frontline’s new pop-up-store at Aplanat Studio / Lippmannstr. 59 (Hamburg), you can see the stunning Clepto toast and lemon walking down the streets of the notorious “Schanzenviertel” in Hamburg City again… The pop-up-store will open doors 24 hours from 05.-19. September and then move to another city in spring 2010. It’s a new creative way to use emtpy premises, be close to the customer and have a kind of exclusive flavor through this happening! A typical range of products, with brands like IrieDaily, Charhartt, Burton, Nike and of course Cleptomanicx, are waiting for you… The Store will be surrounded by a lot of entertainment, like daily DJ-sets, film screening, BBQ and Art-Expos, but especially on saturday 15.09. there will be Ghetto Gambling with Cpt. Clepto with funky tunes by Blockparty Entertainment. – ENJOY!

Great joker – The lemon!

Summer in the city!

Cpt. Clepto gets a general idea of the harbour, climbing up the good old fish-sale-hall, dressed in the freshly delivered lemon and toast towels… Bright prospect, because these useful items came just in time for the sunny and comfortable summertime, having fun on the beach or at the pool! “Live is hard enough, so you better place a towel underneath!” is the unbeatable motto of our figurehead! This picture we recieved by the guy (obviously wearing his favorite t-shirt) as a tagged picture via myspace and we had a great laugh about it, because we really like the customized cap of the lemon, which says: Metallica -YEAH! The right place for a lemon / look for it…

When our art director Stefan Marx is invited to make a show in LA, he stays at his friend Mark Whalen, aka KILL PIXIE, an originally street artist from Australia! Now he lives in LA and shows his cosy studio and his awesome work in this report… If you’ll be attentive, you’ll find a lemon in there;)
